Part time (will grow to a full time eventually) front desk sales team member to work at our Upland school. 27 hours per week. This position will eventually gow into a full time position with benefits. We are looking for a SALES Driven person! We also offer bonuses for sales goals. Room for advancement with pay based on performance. Must have reliable transportation to travel between our Glendora and Upland offices as needed. No music or music education experience is required. SCHEDULE (25 hours per week): Tuesday - Friday 2:30 PM - 5 pm (LUNCH 5:00 - 5:30 pm) 6:00 PM - 8:30 pm Saturdays 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM Sunday - Monday OFF. Great position for someone working their way through school, or who home schools their kids during the day or who has a lot of flexibility and is looking for a rewarding position. JOB DUTIES: -Answering phones and making sales! Registering new students for us is the most important part of this job duy. Following up with leads and prospectives. (We're looking for the GOLDEN VOICE, that sounds amazing on the phone with a great tone and excitement for our customers. If anyone has told you, that your voice should be on the radio, we're looking for you). -Great memory with ability to remember lots of details. -An ability to sell themselves as well as our services. Looking for someone with a great personality that is a people person. -If you hate sales, please do not apply.
