Valet Attendant description & qualifications: - Greet and welcome guests - Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, parkers, co-workers, and clients - Provide exceptional hospitality services to all guests in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner - Be responsible for parking and retrieving guests vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner - Assist guests with bell service, directions, taxis, reservations, information about meeting rooms and/or amenities of the facility and other inquiries as needed - Assist guests with luggage, including delivery and pick up of guest luggage during arrival and departure - Transport guests via the hotel shuttle service - Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival - Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, parkers, co-workers, and clients - Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws - Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications/Requirements: - Must be comfortable sitting, standing, walking, running, driving and being active for most of the day - Must provide excellent customer service - Must have good hand-eye coordination, as driving is required for a duration of the shift - Ability to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds - Must possess a current drivers' license and maintain a clean driving record - Must have a good work ethic and be a team player - Must maintained and groomed, professional appearance - Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a criminal background check and motor vehicle report (MVR) check Parking Cashier Job Description and qualifications: - Flexible hours - Monday - Friday and Weekends, Day and Evening Hours - Greet and welcome guests and parkers - Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, parkers, co-workers, and clients - Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests and parkers - Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests and parkers in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner - Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, parkers, co-workers, and clients - Assist with directions, taxis, reservations, information about amenities of the facility and other inquiries as needed - Maintain booth cleanliness by picking up trash, cleaning signage, and other general lot maintenance - Responsible for money handling of a cash drawer and accountability of those funds - Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws - Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications/Requirements: - Must be willing and able to work nights, weekends and holidays when necessary - Reliable transportation is a must - Be proficient with mobile applications, hand-held electronic devices, and computers - Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions - Must be comfortable sitting, standing, walking, running, driving and being active for most of the day - Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a criminal background check - Possess strong customer service and communication skills - Ability to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds - Must have a good work ethic and be a team player - Must cover all visible tattoos Benefits: Both part & full-time employees accrue paid time off beginning on their first shift.
