First Choice Homecare Agency is seeking a compassionate and experienced LPN/RN to provide one-on-one pediatric skilled nursing care in the client’s home.

Client Overview: The client’s primary diagnoses include Autism and Hypoglycemia. The client presents with functional limitations related to decreased sensory function and decreased cognitive function.

Schedule: 1x per week 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (4 hours)

Responsibilities

High dependency for all ADLs and IADLs

Requires structured routine and behavioral redirection

Ensure hygiene, safety, and skin protection

Requires close supervision at all times

Qualifications:

Active Georgia LPN or RN license

Pediatric skilled nursing experience preferred (TPN & CVAD competency ideal)

Strong assessment skills

Knowledge of sterile technique and infection control

Reliable and compassionate

Strong family-centered communication skills
