We are hiring a Receptionist to ensure our customers continue to receive great service as we expand and grow. Talented and effective employees are vital to our continued success.
The Receptionist works in the Administration department. The Receptionist will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of US Alliance Group, Inc.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Supports Administration
· Responsible every morning to manage visitor calendar and make adjustments in schedule to greet visitors
· Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location
· Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges
· Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments
· Receives mail, documents, packages and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items
· Performs administrative and clerical support tasks
· Performs other duties
Looking for a person with excellent verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service. The person will need to have the ability to remain professional and courteous at all times. A positive attitude with the ability to remain flexible and patient is important. Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Hourly: $16.00 - $18.00
Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
