    This position will be part of our global finance organization and will play a critical role in ensuring accurate reporting, strong compliance and strategic financial leadership.

    In this position, you would:

    Own US tax, financial reporting, compliance, and strategic decision support Collaborate extensively with global finance leadership and cross-border teams Drive process improvements and influence operational and growth strategies

    Specific responsibilities will include month-end close, US GAAP reporting, federal and state tax compliance and statutory filings. The individual hired will partner closely with operations/production teams, the commercial/sales team, the treasury group and business partners to ensure day-to-day transactions run smoothly, SOP's are adhered to, and accounting policies are enforced.

    Additionally, this individual will drive insightful analysis for the monthly business review with the CEO and CFO and serve as the key executor for our data room and data warehouse; uploading both historical actuals and forecast/plan data to support strategic decision-making and due diligence.

    SyAqua Americas has locations in Fellsmere and Mims, Florida and would require being within a commutable distance to one of these locations, with some travel to both as needed.
