Material Handling Technicians start at $19.25 per hour; our top performers earn over $31 per hour with incentive pay. We are seeking dedicated and motivated Material Handling Technicians who are eager to unlock their potential, grow professionally, and enjoy the rewards of being part of the esteemed US FOODS® family.

**Key Ingredients of the Role **

• Ensure the safe and precise selection of customer orders. Construct and secure pallets to meet weekly productivity and accuracy targets
• Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and operate an electric pallet jack in a safe manner
• Move products from racks to pallets as directed by order selection software and equipment
• Verify the accuracy and condition of selected products
• Efficiently transport products to the designated dock area and securely wrap palletized orders
• Collaborate with the team to maintain clean aisles, remove debris, stack empty pallets, and return pallet jacks to the charging station

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -5 degrees to over 100 degrees
• Ability to repetitively lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product; handling 1,000+ cases of product during each shift

What You Bring to the Table

• Availability to work night shifts of 8+ hours, typically Sunday – Thursday. Occasional weekends and holidays may be required
• Recent experience (within the past 6 months) in a physically demanding role or high-endurance activity, such as patient lifting/transferring, sports/fitness, farming, or construction work, is preferred
• Prior experience in selecting large-scale orders within a warehouse or distribution center environment is desirable
• Familiarity with operating motorized pallet jacks or similar equipment is a plus
