Pay: We offer a starting pay rate of $26.54/hr, with predetermined increases as per the CBA. The maximum pay rate is $29.47/hr. You may be required to work mandatory overtime, which is compensated at 1.5X.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Job Functions:
Safely and accurately fulfill customer orders by selecting the appropriate products. Meet weekly productivity and accuracy standards by building and wrapping pallets.
Conduct pre-shift equipment checks and operate an electric pallet jack in a safe manner.
Transfer products from racks to pallets based on instructions from order selecting software and equipment.
Ensure the correct product has been selected and is free from any damages.
Efficiently deliver products to the designated dock area and securely shrink wrap palletized orders.
Collaborate with the team to clear aisles of debris, stack empty pallets, and return pallet jacks to the charging area.
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Preferred experience in operating motorized pallet jacks or similar equipment.
Recent experience (within the past 6 months) in physically demanding roles or activities such as lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, or construction work.
Preferred experience in selecting large-scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
Able to work night shifts of 8+ hours, primarily from Sunday to Thursday. Occasional weekends and holidays may be required.
Physical Requirements:
Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment, including freezer conditions as low as -5 degrees (freezer suits will be provided as needed).
Capable of repetitively lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling 20 to 80+ lbs. of product. Each shift may involve moving 1,000+ cases of product.
