MISSION

We're seeking an enthusiastic leader with excellent communication skills to build and grow our relationships with local brokerage offices and to inspire and grow our team. Your goal is to promote brand awareness, develop new business, and successfully manage the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You're multi-talented with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. You're enthusiastic and willing to be the local face of the company as well as the leader of the local team.

• Deliver presentations to realtors to cultivate new relationships and to increase loyalty among current customers

• Use social media to promote products and services

• Inspire your team to amaze our customers on every interaction, ensuring an outstanding customer journey

• Conduct monthly team meetings to increase team bonding and share company-wide initiatives

• Identify, recruit, and hire inspectors to increase your team's size to help to support important client relationships

• Work with seasoned inspectors to train new inspectors

• Suggest and execute on new ideas and opportunities for growth

• Set goals and analyze results via company reporting and analytics tools

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent professionalism and communication skills

Ability to lead and oversee a team

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Previous experience in promotion, marketing, or branding
• Social media savvy
• College degree preferred
