Job Summary: U.S Medical Staffing is seeking a few Reliable RN's for Per Diem School Shifts in the surrounding areas of Levittown. This would be for Office Coverage, Field Trip Coverage, Overnight & Extended Field trip Coverage, After School Programs, After School Sports, Weekend Games, and 1:1 Substitutes.

Job Responsibilities are but not limited to:

Nurse would be responsible for professional medical treatment of students.

Maintaining clinical records.

Dispensing prescriptions medications to students per physician instructions.

Documenting all Medication given to students.

Working Diligently along side the other nurses to run a smooth office.

Providing emergency aid to students and school staff

Educating students on hygiene and safety practices

Contacting parents when needed

Job Requirements:

Current NYS Registered Nurse

NYS Registered Nurse Nursing Registration

BCLS or ACLS -The American Heart Association

Physical (WITHIN ONE YEAR)

PPD, Chest X-Ray or QuantiFERON Gold TB blood results

MMR/Titers Lab Report

Two forms for government ID’s
