COMPANY OVERVIEW

US Metro Bank (“USMB”) is a California-chartered, full-service commercial nonmember bank headquartered in Garden Grove, California, with branches in Anaheim, Los Angeles, Buena Park, Torrance, and a loan production office in Dallas.

Opened for business on September 15, 2006, the Bank provides deposit and loan products (including commercial real estate, commercial and industrial and SBA loans), as well as related banking services to targeted client base of executives, professionals and small- to medium-sized businesses, generally in the Southern California area.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Underwrite new and renewing loan requests

• Prepare internal memos for changes to existing credits

• Conduct interviews with new Borrower's regarding their new and renewing loan requests.

• Request required financial documents from new and renewing Applicants

• Spread Borrower provided financial documents

• Conduct site visitations

• Create Credit Files for each new Borrower

• Maintain and update loan related reports (LAR, Pipeline, GL Certification, etc.)

• Collect and Maintain Tickler items

• Review Delinquent payment reports

• Process Line Advance requests

• Maintain and collect updated insurance certificates

• Follow up and coordinate with Note Dept. with the loan closing process

• Assist customer with bank related questions

• Train, assist and manage Loan Officer Trainee

• Delegate jobs for Loan Officer Trainee and myself

• Review credit memos, internal memos and other loan related work done by Loan Officer Trainee

• Report to Branch Manager on loan pipeline, upcoming loan maturities and delinquent payments

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree

2. Minimum Experience: 3~5 years of underwriting experience; Sr. Loan Officer 5~7 years of experience

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Dependability, reliable, and a self-starter with multi-tasking skills

2. Professional demeanor

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This work is sedentary and requires the following physical activities:

• Sitting for long period of time; occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping; good finger dexterity and feeling; frequent repetitive motions, talking; hearing and visual acuity.

• Frequent lifting (up to 25 pounds of paper supplies)

WORKING CONDITIONS:
