MUST HAVE ACTIVE MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATOR LICENSE
Mortgage Loan Officers are to perform services for the Company as a MLO and shall have such duties as customary for that position in the Mortgage Banking and/or Mortgage Brokering business, though the precise manner in which those duties are to be performed and their extent and the precise title of the Employee will rest within the sole discretion of the Company. The Employee acknowledges that he/she has no authority to bind the Company in any way, and that he/she has no authority to incur any liabilities on behalf of the Company in any way. The Employee warrants and agrees that he/she has the skill, aptitude and ability to perform the services associated with the position of a MLO, and that he/she will adhere to the standards of performance for the fulfillment of those duties, which the Company shall from time to time prescribe in its Policies and Procedures Handbook, in the section titled Mortgage Loan Originator Policies and Procedures.
Employee shall at all times possess a valid motor vehicle driver's license and shall provide evidence thereof at time of employment and thereafter at any time requested by Employer. Employee shall, at all times, possess valid motor vehicle insurance as required by the state in which the motor vehicle is licensed. Employee shall provide evidence thereof at time of employment and thereafter at any time requested by US Mortgage Corporation. If Employee's driver's license or insurance is revoked, suspended or discontinued for any reason, Employee must notify US Mortgage Corporation immediately of the revocation, suspension or discontinuance action.
