    The Inside Sales Representative is primarily responsible for increasing sales in assigned territories and sourcing new business opportunities.  A previous track record of over-achieving quota will contribute to success in this role as a high percentage of time is spent consulting with and selling to customers via telephone. This position can be based out of our Berwick, PA or Moosic, PA offices.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    • Serve customer needs through creative consultation and marketing of products.
    • Develop and accomplish a lead generation plan, meeting or exceeding established targets.
    • Identify decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to start sales process.
    • Provide pricing, answer customer questions, and enter orders.
    • Provide follow-up information to external Sales Reps as applicable.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

     

    • Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
    • Bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
    • Must have outbound calling experience. 1-3 years’ experience selling consumer products preferred.
    • Excellent customer service skills as well as exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
    • CRM and reporting experience a plus.
