US Service Animals was founded in response to the increase in fraudulent websites that claimed to provide ESA Letters. Our mission is to help people with mental and emotional disabilities by providing them with proper documentation, protecting the rights of their emotional support and service animals. We are seeking a Inbound/Outbound Sales Representative who is dedicated to helping us succeed in our mission by being able to connect with clients in a professional and ethical manner.

Outbound/Inbound Sales representatives will need to handle many different tasks. Vital among these responsibilities are time management, being a team player, usage of various software and tools, fluently reading scripts and maintaining a lasting relationships with our customers.

Skills and Competencies

• Sales and/or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Friendly & Outgoing personality
• Ability to work independently
• Experience with computers and proficient typing skills
• Good time management and decision-making skills
• Adaptability and self-accountability
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must pass a criminal background check

Schedule

• Must be able to attend training for 4 weeks 10am – 6:30pm CST Monday – Friday.
• Must be flexible to work any schedule between 7am – 11pm CST Monday – Sunday.
• Scheduled shifts are assigned at the end of week 3 in training.
