Dog Academy - Dog Academy is an online dog training site, where our goal is to 'train the trainer'. We assist the client throughout the entire training process, even aligning them with a one on one trainer to further their knowledge. Helping dogs and their owners build a stronger bond through positive based training is incredibly important to us.

Do you enjoy building relationships with customers while helping them with their questions, inquiries and needs? Are you looking for a position that is fun and pays well? A position as an Outbound/Inbound Sales agent at Dog Academy gives you the chance to communicate with customers and be the “voice” of our company while earning a highly competitive wage.

As an Outbound/Inbound Sales agent, you will assist clients by answering their questions & offering packages to help provide them solutions to their problems.

An Outbound/Inbound Sales agent will need to handle many different tasks. Vital among these responsibilities is the ability to manage time well, be a team player, use software and all other tools provided, hit set targets and maintain lasting relationships with clients.

Skills and Competencies:

• Sales experience a plus but not a requirement
• Call Center experience a plus
• Dog Owner (preferred)
• Friendly & Outgoing personality
• Ability to work independently
• Experience with computers and proficient typing skills
• Good time management and decision making skills
• Adaptability and self-accountability

Hours of Operation

• 9:30am-6:30pm (Central Standard Time) 7 days a week+
• Shift availability will be discussed in the interview process
• Must be able to work Full-Time (40+ hours per week)
• Must be willing to work a weekend day or both ( Saturday & Sunday)

Supplemental Pay:

• Hourly Pay $12 - first 30 days of employment, increases to $15 on 31st day of employment
• Commission potential after 30 days of employment
