Job Description

Currently seeking a full time Bookkeeper/ Accountant /HR professional for a paint manufacturing company in Alpharetta. Responsibilities include the following:

• Accounts receivable, payable, and any related data entry.
• Process CC payments and update records accordingly.
• Receive and deposit cash/check payments.
• Record CC payments to customers/jobs.
• Process incoming vendor bills and expenses
• Manage collections and AR aging.
• Ensure all invoices are paid in a timely fashion.
• Reconciliation of all bank accounts
• Reconciliation and review of credit cards.
• Preparation and submission of payroll on a weekly basis. PayChex
• Monthly sales tax returns.
• Administer new employee on-boarding.
• Maintain employee personnel records.

Skills Required:

• BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration

• Proficiency in QuickBooks

• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, in particular)

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

• Excellent customer service skills
