We are seeking an Environmental Petroleum Account Manager to join our team! This position oversees environmental petroleum services with a select customer base.This position seeks to build a growth culture, achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty while meeting or exceeding efficiency and profitability objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This position with be the main liaison of the select customer base.
• Maintains a thorough knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures, and programs. Maintains an understanding of all federal and state laws and regulations pertaining to Underground Storage Tanks (UST).
• Complete understanding of testing services and ability to review testing results for accuracy.
• Maintains a thorough understanding of the customer management system along with other systems for accounting and financial control.
• Works with employees and customer on scheduling, dispatching, and invoicing.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers
• Sets a high standard of corporate image, promotes a harmonious and productive working environment, and upholds the integrity of company policies and procedures. congratulations

• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Good judgment and ability to make timely decisions
• Basic computer skills
