Job Responsibilities:
- Develop contact with potential customers by phone, email, or scheduling meetings in person
- Form new and continue existing relationships with clients in the customer database by maintaining phone contact and addressing issues or problems when they come up
- Maintain an understanding about new tax codes and laws and specifications to answer specific customer questions (Training will be provided)
- Become a valuable and helpful resource in dealings with customers
