The industry's highest rated tax resolution firm is hiring! We are seeking a CPA or an Enrolled Agent with tax preparation experience to assist our resolution staff.  We have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and are committed to providing exceptional client care and service.

JOB SUMMARY:

• Prepare Federal/State, personal/business returns using (1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065 and all supporting schedules)
• Contact clients to clarify information needed for tax preparation
• Contact client to answer questions regarding tax preparation
• Review IRS/State Taxing Authority wage and income transcripts to verify income earned and taxes paid
• Contact State Taxing Authorities to request transcripts as needed
• Assist coworkers with general tax returns, questions as needed
• Assist attorneys with audit representation and audit reconsideration - Knowledge of tax research tools

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed CPA or Enrolled Agent
• 2-3 years' experience with high volume tax preparation and returns, including business returns 
• Proficient in ProSeries
• Ability to communicate effectively 
• Ability to work both independently and as a team
• Detail oriented and well organized
• Ability to prioritize and adapt
• Excellent customer service, personable

SALARY

$50k-$65k DOE
