The Controller will play a critical role in leading the accounting team for a large residential real estate brokerage with 1,000+ agents. This remote position requires extensive experience in real estate brokerage finance, including book reconciliation, management of financial technology, and supervision of both in-office and global finance teams. The Controller will be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy and compliance while providing strategic financial leadership. Occasional travel to client locations is required. Immediate start is preferred for this high-level position. Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 yearly
