    The Account Manager position will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. This role involves understanding clients’ needs, providing excellent support, and identifying opportunities to upsell additional services. Training on the available software will be provided, as presenting demonstrations to clients will be a part of the role as well! The ideal candidate is located in the Philippines and is set up to work from home with a minimum internet speed of 150 Mbps. Responsibilities: • Presentation: 90% of the role involves on-camera presentations, screen sharing, and building rapport with clients. You must be comfortable with these tasks and excel at engaging clients. • Account Management: Maintain and manage client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services. Account Manager must be listed on your resume. • Retention: Focus on retaining clients by providing exceptional support and addressing any issues or concerns promptly. • Communication: Strong communication skills are essential for understanding client needs and explaining our services effectively. • Upselling: Identify and seize opportunities to upsell additional services to clients, contributing to the growth of our business. • Personality: A great personality is a must. You should be able to connect with clients, making them feel valued and understood. Qualifications: **The ideal candidate is located in the Philippines and is set up to work from home with a minimum internet speed of 150 Mbps.** • Professional Experience: 1 to 3 years in an account management position. This must be clear on your resume to be considered for this role. • Highly proficient in spoken English with excellent clarity. • Experience in client-facing roles with a strong emphasis on communication and relationship management. • Proven track record of achieving retention and upselling targets. • Familiarity with tools such as SalesLoft, SalesForce, Tableau, ZenDesk/Jira/Confluence, and Asana, is helpful but not required. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to manage a portfolio of 75-100 clients and drive product usage. • Proactive approach to client management and problem-solving. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adopt new tools and technologies. Requirements • Access to a laptop or desktop computer. • High-speed internet connection. • Backup internet is preferred. • Availability to work a consistent schedule that may include weekends.
