We’re searching for an enthusiastic professional for our next sales development representative who is ready to prospect new customers to help support business growth. You’ll need strong persuasion skills to turn potential customer prospects into qualified leads. We need someone who can use external resources to find prospects and start building relationships with them. Our ideal candidate has previously worked in a customer service or sales role, is an excellent communicator, and loves talking to people on the phone. Responsibilities: • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identifying and researching potential leads from various sources such as event attendance lists and brokerage websites. • Outreach and Communication: Reaching out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce the company and its products and services. • Qualifying Leads: Assessing the needs, use case, and budget of leads to determine their suitability as clients. • Scheduling Meetings: Setting up meetings between prospective clients and the sales team. • Collaborating with Sales and Marketing Teams: Working closely with sales and marketing to align on strategies and initiatives for generating leads and increasing sales. • Market Analysis: Keeping up to date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify new business opportunities. • CRM Management: Maintaining accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities using the CRM. • Feedback and Reporting: Providing feedback from potential clients to enhance product/service performance and delivery. • Achieving Targets: Meeting or exceeding monthly targets set by management. • Other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Professional Experience: 1 to 3 years or more in client services, account management, business development, or a related field. • Proven experience in sales development or a related role. • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales technologies. • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets. SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent ability to communicate, persuade, and influence both internally and externally. • Strategic Thinking and Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, identify partnership opportunities, and develop strategic plans. • Problem-Solving Abilities: Proficiency in addressing challenges and finding innovative solutions in partnership arrangements. • Adaptability and Flexibility: Capacity to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust partnership strategies accordingly. Compensation: $8,400 - $9,600 yearly
