    Real Estate Digital Marketing Specialist / VA We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Digital Marketing Specialist with strong digital marketing skills to support our business operations and elevate our clients’ online presence. This role involves a combination of administrative tasks, social media management, and digital marketing responsibilities. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, creative, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is located in the Philippines and is set up to work from home with a minimum internet speed of 100 Mbps. Responsibilities: Calendar Management: • Oversee Client Content Calendars and circulate them for approval • Ensure timely follow-up on client approvals • Adhere to deadlines for achieving client objectives Data Entry: • Maintain databases for clients • Reformat client databases in accordance with platform-specific guidelines for seamless importing into the clients' database. • Ensure data is entered in accordance with established guidelines and standards. • Compliance with written guidelines and procedures Social Media Management: • Develop and execute a social media content strategy across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. • Create engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written posts • Schedule and publish social media posts, responding to comments and messages • Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and growth • Provide analytics to the client to demonstrate the worth of the service they have invested in • Stay updated on social media trends and algorithms Digital Marketing: • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, PPC advertising, and SEO • Create and optimize landing pages for lead generation • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement marketing strategies Client Support: • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting clients via email and texting platforms • Manage client relationships, including follow-ups and feedback collection Online Research: • Gather information and data as needed to perform the task; ensure that research is relevant to the clients' geographic location and aligns with their specific target audience Functional Computer Skills: • Proficiency in using spreadsheet & task management software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Asana, Monday.com). • Basic understanding of data entry software and tools • Adeptness in utilizing social media scheduling software • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor computer-related issues Technology & Internet Access: • Access to a personal computer; A Desktop is preferred but not required • Possess reliable internet access to ensure continuous work capabilities; Backup internet is preferred but not mandatory • Ability to navigate online resources and communicate effectively using digital platforms Qualifications: • Proven experience as a virtual assistant, social media manager, or digital marketing specialist • Exceptional comprehension of written English • Understand and interpret detailed instructions, documents, and communication accurately • Proficiency in social media platforms and social media management tools • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities Skills & Attributes • Attention to Detail: The ability to meticulously review and input information accurately, spotting even the smallest errors or inconsistencies • English Language Comprehension: Strong comprehension of written English, enabling accurate interpretation and communication with clients • Time Management: Efficiently manage time to meet client deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively • Proficient in graphic design with a strong skill set encompassing Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools • Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with spreadsheet & task assignment software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Asana, Monday.com) and social media platforms and management tools • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing processes, system updates, and evolving job requirements • Communication: Clear and effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and superiors • Confidentiality: Respect for client privacy and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion • Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals • Efficiency: Striving for productivity and efficiency in required tasks to maximize output • Detail-Oriented: A focus on the specifics of the client, ensuring precision and completeness in all tasks • Stress Management: The ability to handle high volumes of client requests while maintaining accuracy under pressure • Multitasking: Capability to manage multiple client tasks simultaneously without compromising quality • Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay updated on social media, digital marketing, and relevant software (based on client) best practices and adapt to new technologies or software tools • Positive Attitude: Maintaining a positive and proactive approach to work, even when faced with repetitive or challenging data entry tasks Compensation: $6,000 - $7,200 yearly
