    We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling a wide range of administrative tasks with precision and professionalism. This role requires strong communication skills, impeccable time management, and the ability to anticipate the needs of senior leadership. Responsibilities: • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements • Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and communications • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations • Conduct research and compile data as needed for various projects and initiatives • Serve as a liaison between executives, staff, clients, and external partners • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items • Assist with special projects and events as assigned Qualifications: • 2 or more years as an assistant, executive assistant, or in a position performing supportive duties • Experience handling confidential information and adhering to strict deadlines • Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Possess a high school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent • Experience using Microsoft Office Compensation: $12 - $15 hourly
