    As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's culture and ensuring the success of their talent acquisition and onboarding processes. You will be a key driver in establishing strong relationships with the local community, trade schools, and other partners.     Responsibilities:

    Culture Ambassador: Assist in the development of the company’s culture, while embracing and promoting the organization's values, mission, and culture to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

    Talent Acquisition: Utilize your strong recruiting skills to identify, attract, and onboard top talent to join the team.

    HRIS Management: Leverage your computer savvy and experience with HRIS software to streamline HR processes and maintain accurate employee records.

    Onboarding: Work with CIO to develop and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for all new employees, setting them up for success from day one.

    Community Engagement: Network within the local community, engaging with the Chamber of Commerce and other relevant organizations to promote the organization as an employer of choice.

    Education Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with trade schools and TAMU to develop a strong talent pipeline and support the growth of the organization.

    System Integration: Work collaboratively with other departments to integrate HR systems and maintain data accuracy.

    Professionalism and Maturity: Represent the organization in a professional and mature manner, displaying a positive and open-minded attitude.

    Qualifications:

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for engaging with people.

    3-5 years of experience in HR or related roles, with a focus on talent acquisition and onboarding.

    Proficiency in using HRIS software and computer applications.

    Proven ability to create and maintain a positive work culture that fosters employee satisfaction and productivity.

    Networking skills to build relationships within the local community, including the Chamber of Commerce and educational institutions.

    Demonstrated ability to integrate systems and optimize HR processes for efficiency and accuracy.

    A positive and happy demeanor, contributing to a vibrant and collaborative workplace.
