1. Owner Ops Program Overview:**

- No orientation required.
- Dispatched from home, and everything will be overnighted.
- Approval and rolling in 3-4 business days.
- No Escrow.
- Plates, Bobtail Insurance, Trailer Provided

2. Earning Potential:

- Solo drivers: Average around $7,000 weekly gross with approximately 2,800 miles.
- Teams: Can earn around $12-13,000 weekly gross covering approximately 5,000 miles.
- Average rate: $2.20/mile.

3. Safety Requirements:

- 1 year of experience required.
- SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) drivers are accepted.

4. Truck Age Limit:

- Trucks up to 15 years old are acceptable, but they need to be able to use ELD (Electronic Logging Device).

5. Onboarding Process:

- Initial power-only load from driver's home to the company's yard.
- Once approved, drivers receive everything needed to be dispatched from home.

6. Support and Benefits:

- Experienced dispatch with 15 years of expertise.

7. Fixed Deductions:

- Weekly fixed deductions totaling $520.

8. Escrow Deposit (for SAP drivers only):

- Escrow deposit for SAP drivers only.
- SAP drivers pay $500 increments until reaching $2,500.
- The deposit covers potential trailer damages and safety concerns.
- Will be returned to the owner-operator on their last payment if no issues or damages occur upon leaving the company with proper notice.
