Position Requirements:

• Minimum Age: 22 years old
• Minimum Experience: 1 year OTR with 6 months of flatbed experience within the past 5 years
• Clean driving record with no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
• Only 1 DOT preventable accident in the last year will be reviewed
• No recent at-fault rollovers in the past year
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screening

Benefits:

  • $1500 after delivery of first load

Truck and Equipment:

• Late-model Cascadias & T680's with automatic transmission
• Assigned trucks with drivecams installed (driver facing/event only)
• Trucks can be taken home for time off
• Inverters available in 2023 and newer trucks
• EZ Pass and Pre-Pass provided
• Qualcomm provided for communication

Work Details:

• Type of Runs: OTR with occasional regional runs
• Type of Freight: Flatbed hauling
• Average miles per week: 2000-2500
• 40%-50% of loads need to be tarped
• Weekly home time

Orientation Details:

• Paid orientation with lodging and meals provided
• Orientation held in Birmingham, AL
• Travel provided (plane or reimbursement for driving)
