Job Title: Over-the-Road Truck Driver (21-Day Solo Mileage Fleet)

Pay: Competitive rates ranging from $0.67 to $0.72 per mile, with additional pay opportunities

Additional Pay and Raises:

- Band Pay - Extra Pay On Short Lengths Of Haul:

- 0-100 Miles: $35.00 per load

- 101-400 Miles: $25.00 per load

(Loaded Miles Only, non-relayed loads)

- CSA Safety Bonus: Opportunity every 90 days, $875 (if you are Hazmat Endorsed) or $700 + 8 hours Paid Time Off.

- On-Road Safety Bonus: Opportunity of $600 every 90 days.

- Anniversary Bonus: Receive $100 for each year of continuous service, paid annually.

- Detention Pay: Provided after only 1 hour.

- Safety-based Raises: Granted at designated mileage intervals, with a high cap.

- Premium Pay: Earned per mile when hauling placarded Hazmat (less than 2% of freight is placarded).

Job Description:

We are currently seeking experienced Over-the-Road Truck Drivers to join our 21-Day Solo Mileage Fleet. As a vital part of our team, you will embark on long-haul routes, delivering goods across diverse regions. The ideal candidate is dedicated, safety-conscious, and possesses a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

- Safely operate commercial vehicles over long distances, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.

- Transport goods efficiently and timely to designated locations.

- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and functionality.

- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery details.

- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, providing updates on route status and any issues encountered.

Qualifications:

- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record.

- Minimum 2 years of verifiable OTR driving experience.

- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including drug/alcohol tests and background checks.

- Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency.

- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

- Willingness to be away from home for extended periods (21 days out, 3 days home time).
