Job Title: CDL Class A Truck Driver (Lease Purchase - OTR - Dry Van & Reefer)

Location: All 48 States (Except California and South of Tampa, FL)

Overview:

We are currently seeking experienced CDL Class A Truck Drivers for Lease Purchase positions, handling Over-the-Road (OTR) runs with Dry Van and Reefer freight. We are hiring both solo and team drivers. Join us and become part of a dynamic team committed to excellence in freight transportation.

- South of Tampa, Florida

Pre-Qualifications:

- Minimum age of 23 years old

- Minimum 24 months of OTR verifiable experience within the past 3 years, over three states

- Clean driving record with specific criteria outlined in the job posting

- No DUI/DWI convictions in the past 10 years

- Drivers licensed in California are not hireable

Pay:

- Teams and solo drivers

- Flat rate per mile: $1.09 to $1.32 (plus fuel surcharge)

- Fuel surcharge applicable

- Pay is weekly

- Only pay $308.60 weekly for fixed expenses when on home time

Presentation:

- OTR runs covering all 48 states

- Average Miles/Week: 2700-3200

- Average Length of Haul: 850 miles

- Dry Van and Reefer freight

- High percentage of drop & hook and no touch freight

- Haz-Mat percentage: 3%

Fee Breakdown:

- Fixed Truck Payment: $145.00 per week

- Transflow: $3.56 per week

- Qualcomm Rental: $25.00 per week

- Bob-tail insurance: $7.50 per week

- OccAcc (per driver): $29.54 per week

- Physical Damage Insurance: $87.00 per week

- Total Fixed Expense: $308.60 per week

- No balloon payment at the end of the lease

- Walk away lease purchase option available

- Base plates are paid for by the company.

- After plates are paid, the company owns them.

- Riders allowed with a fee of $4.73 per week.

- Riders must be at least 10 years old.
