Incentives and Benefits:

• Sign-On Bonus: $5000
• Driver Referral Bonus: $1,000

Dispatcher Services:

• 5% for basic services or 12% for full services under Full Authority.

Compensation:

• Owner Operators: Earn $8,000 to $10,000 weekly ($416,000 to $520,000 annually) at an 88/12 split.
• CDL-A Drivers with 12+ months experience: $1,800 per week ($93,600 annually).
• Flatbed/Step Deck Drivers with 2+ years' experience: $1,800 to $2,700 per week ($93,600 to $140,400 annually).
• Entry-Level CDL-A Drivers: $1,500+ per week (at least $78,000 annually).

SAP Drivers:

• 2 years of OTR TT experience in the past 3 years with a clean scorecard required.
