Driving Lanes & Job Duties:
• OTR Team Drivers run all 48 states
• NO TOUCH FREIGHT: 80% drop & hook
• Average 5500+ miles every week

Compensation: Pay is based off the verified experience we have received by your hire date
Payscale: .56 - .66cpm split depending on each driver's experience

Utilization Bonus: you will receive a monthly split cpm addition to your base cpm if your team manages to run a certain amount of miles in the month prior. The utilization bonus is paid out for ALL MILES combined as follows:

Hazmat: $150 split (or $75 per driver) per hazmat load
Orientation: $100/day

Hometime:
• MINIMUM 3 weeks out, 3 days off
• For every extra week a driver is out, they accrue 1 extra day at home, with a max of 7 days at home

Equipment: 2021 or newer Cascadia Freightliner

Sign on Bonus: team drivers will qualify for one of the below payouts

• $12K bonus: if a driver needs to be matched with a teammate, or if a pre-made team comes in under a year of driving experience together, they will receive a $12K split sign on bonus ($6K per driver)
$12K payout:
each driver is paid $500 paid after 1st load, $500 paid at 30 days, $1,000 paid out monthly for 5 months
(Drivers must come in as a team or team up within 30 days of hire to qualify for the bonus)

• $15K bonus: if a team comes in with 1 full year of verifiable driving experience together, they will receive a $15K split sign on bonus ($7.5K per driver)
15k sign-on bonus split, each team partner bonus installments are listed below:
• $250 paid after 1st load
• $250 paid at 30 days
• $1,000 paid at 60 days $1500 each @ 2 Months!
• $750 paid at 150 days
• $750 paid at 240 days
• $750 paid at 330 days
• $750 paid at 365 days $4.5k each @ 1 year!
• $750 paid at 455 days
• $750 paid at 545 days
• $750 paid at 635 days
• $750 paid at 725 days $7.5k each @ 2 years!

• All teams have shop priority at any of our Shops

• Detention pay $12.50 an hour after the second hour per driver
• Layover and breakdown pay is $100/day excluding Sundays per driver
