Core Business Services - Launch Program - Intern

While each intern’s experience will be unique, as an EY Launch Intern, you can expect to work on real business challenges; support client teams; and maximize your hands-on experience with customizable, virtual learnings. Along the way, you’ll develop an understanding of our four integrated service lines — Assurance, Consulting, Strategy and Transactions, and Tax — our deep industry knowledge and inclusive culture.

A competitive compensation package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business. The hourly pay range for this job, in the US, is $23.80 - $41.11. Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data. In addition should you join us full time, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid-time-off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial and emotional well-being.
