    Job Summary: USA Insulation is seeking a motivated, self-starter sales professional in Lexington, KY. As an in-home sales consultant, you will conduct a detailed assessment of the insulation needs of a homeowner. You will provide solutions and pricing, at the time of presentation, and book an installation date while in the home. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of high performance in sales, with excellent communication skills, and a dedication to exceeding sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and networking.

    · Conduct thorough research on potential clients. · Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, managing and prioritizing leads. · Conduct in home appointments generated for you through leads generated by company marketing activities. · Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. · Negotiate terms and close sales deals, achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. · Maintain client relationships and provide excellent post-sale support to gain referrals and 5-star reviews. · Document Key Sales Activities in the CRM and provide regular updates on sales progress. · Participate in marketing-related activities.

    Candidate Requirements:

    · Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
