Job Summary:
The Customers Experience Specialist is responsible for building relationships with clients, and supporting other departments as needed as well as help enhance the customer WOW experience.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Customer Onboarding
Welcoming new customers and confirming install date.
Confirming Scope of the work
Customer Satisfaction
Post Estimate Calls - Call every customer 24 hours after estimates are completed
Gauge Satisfaction with the product 1-10
Gauge Satisfaction with the rep 1-10
Ask for Referrals/Reviews when appropriate
Document all calls in CRM
Confirm approaching estimates to confirm & answer any preliminary questions.
Additional Responsibilities:
Answer Inbound Calls (less than 3 rings)
Own inbound appointment setting script
Own inbound service call script.
Working Grassroots events
Attend appropriate L10’s and manage a personal scorecard.
Assist other Customer Experience reps with their workload when appropriate

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
