    Job Description

    USA Managed Care Organization is looking for an energetic individual with the ability to multi-task and fulfill a variety of support needs for our Network Development department.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    · Perform rate analysis and market research.

    · Send introductory packets to potential providers

    · Administrative functions including answering telephones, filing, data entry into access/AS400, process incoming correspondences.

    · Generate month-end/weekly reports.

    · Process incoming applications and request missing information as needed.

    · Unitize research resources to identify providers for direct marketing efforts.

    · Review provider rosters to identify as contracted or in progress.

    · Assist and participate in special projects as needed.

    · Assist in training administrative staff.

    · Liaison between Network Development staff and other USA departments.

    · Adhere to USA Managed Care Organization’s Information Security Policies and Procedures

    · Adhere to HIPAA Guidelines and Requirements

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    · High school graduate or equivalent

    · Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office

     

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    Requires sight and mobility to effectively operate various office machinery including but not limited to computers, telephone, copier, etc. Must also be able to stand or sit for long periods throughout the day. Computer/keyboard activity averages over 2/3 of time each day. Sight requirements include close (clear vision at 20 inches or less), distance (clear vision at 20 feet or more), and ability to adjust the eyes to bring an object into sharp focus. These requirements result from the demands of reading reports, information and working with computers. Talking/hearing activity averages over 2.3 of time each day.
