Responsibilities: Upsell our premium products to close the best deal possible Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services again Update customer information in the CRM to ensure all sales team members have the most current data Handle sales inquiries from pre-qualified leads and make sure client needs are taken care of Assess the sales team’s progress toward company customer acquisition goals by creating quarterly and monthly sales reports • You must be comfortable communicating with clients on video Qualifications: Must have high school diploma or equivalent, a bachelor’s degree is preferred Experience using CRM software as an integral part of the sales process Must have great communication skills, presentation skills, customer service skills, and listening skills Compensation: $15 - $17 hourly
