The youth fitness industry is exploding and our USA Ninja Challenge franchise business is growing to the next level!    Develop your skills in social media marketing while making a positive difference in the lives of children and their families all over the USA!  USA Ninja Challenge is looking to hire a paid intern for the role of Social Media Marketing Assistant.  This role is intended to become a permanent position within USANC marketing services.    Responsibilities (Directly reporting to USANC Marketing Director): Weekly Marketing Tasks: 1. Build new social posts using our designs and keep a schedule for each location 2. Assist in new content designs for stories, reels, and feed posts 3. Create new copy that drives community engagement 4. Create new email campaign templates 5. Coordinate franchise email campaigns 6. Daily coordination meetings with team members (zoom or in-person) 7. Communicate with franchise owners as needed.   Per New Location Marketing Initiative: 1. New location community analysis 2. Provide marketing materials using Canva 3. Create lists of community contacts 4. Create a 5-mile marketing priority list 5. Determine strategic public organizations and schools to target     Skills Required: 1. Business accounts management knowledge - Meta (Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp), Google Places/Maps, TikTok, Nextdoor, Yelp, and White Spark. 2. Social post creation and scheduling via Meta Business Suite. 3. Excellent copywriting ability. 4. Must be well versed in the use of Canva 5. Experience in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus. 6. Willingness to learn other emerging platforms 7. Must be able to use Zoom Video meetings and Slack for the majority of daily communications.   Compensation: Flexible hours to fit with current school schedule - Starting at minimum of $15 per hour.
