    Job Description:

    As a fundraiser in Hollywood, FL, you will be responsible for creating and implementing fundraising campaigns and events to raise funds for our organization. You will work closely with the development team to create and execute strategies that will help us achieve our fundraising goals.

    Job Responsibilities for the Entry Level Fundraiser:

    Develop and implement fundraising strategies and campaigns to achieve fundraising goals.

    Plan and execute fundraising events, including coordinating volunteers, managing vendors, and overseeing logistics.

    Research and identify new fundraising opportunities and donors.

    Build and maintain relationships with current and potential donors, sponsors, and partners.

    Create and manage fundraising budgets, including tracking expenses and revenue.

    Prepare reports on fundraising activities and results for management.

    Collaborate with other departments to ensure fundraising efforts align with organizational goals and initiatives.

    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fundraising.

    Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance fundraising skills and knowledge.

    Qualifications for the Entry Level Fundraiser:

    Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as nonprofit management, marketing, or communications.

    2+ years of experience working in teams, with people, or as part of groups or organizations.

    Ideal leadership candidates will have experience in fundraising, preferably in a nonprofit organization.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners.

    Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Experience in event planning and execution.

    You will become familiar with fundraising software and databases.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
