USA Sport Group is at the forefront of providing high-quality sports enrichment programs to over 60,000 children annually. With classes and camps taking place in over 400 towns across NY, NJ, PA & CT, office and admin roles play an integral part in making a difference in thousands of children's lives through sport.
The Equipment Assistant will work alongside the Equipment Manager to support the day-to-day requirements of both the business & department. Successful candidates will work to ensure all coaches are equipped with full kits and that the transition between each season runs as smoothly as possible.
Other roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with equipment and uniform distribution throughout the year
- Liaise with the Equipment Manager about any damaged or missing items found during inventory checks, and invoice staff accordingly
- Possess reliable transportation to be able to get coaches equipment at the last minute and travel to various storage units on a week-to-week basis
- Assisting with the stock levels and inventory throughout the year
- Unloading deliveries throughout the year and moving heavy items around the Bound Brook facility daily
- Researching new suppliers for the various sports departments
- Assisting with growth of new business and orders on the USG Merchandise website
- Willing and competent to drive a rental van (up to the size of a cargo van) on occasions throughout the year

Requirements:
- Some travel
- Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move 25/50/80 pounds
- Must hold a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
This position will be onsite at our TTC facility in Bound Brook, NJ
