JOB SUMMARY:
Serves as a primary program presenter while coordinating organizational tasks and programmatic delivery for Elite Education Programs. Assists with the development, implementation and coordination of the face-to-face presentation program for our Athlete Presenter Program. Contributes to the development and implementation of educational initiatives to ensure that USADA Testing Pool (TP) athletes, junior athletes, coaches, National Governing Bodies (NGBs), athlete support personnel, and staff receive communication and educational resources. Approximately 20% travel, domestic and international, may be required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and provide presentations to Testing Pool athletes, junior athletes, coaches, NGBs, and those involved in the Olympic and Paralympic movement by traveling to various locations, as requested.
Coordinate Education sessions for Testing Pool athletes, NGBs, coaches, and athlete support personnel to include in- person presentations, webinars, education booths, etc.
Communicate with Testing Pool athletes, National Governing Bodies (NGBs), and other identified populations to inform about projects, publications, and programs
Assist with the ongoing training of Athlete Presenters and evaluation of the Athlete Presenter Program
Responsible for maintaining Elite Education session information within Simon database and provide feedback internally related to the Simon database functionality as well as various data management systems
Identify, prepare, and maintain reports and summaries to include presentation feedback
Coordinate and communicate logistics, including travel for internal and external presenters
Provide feedback related to development of printed publications for USADA Testing Pool athletes, coaches, NGBs, and athlete support personnel
Collaborate with the Education Program Development Coordinator on training, presentation and educational content ensuring accuracy
Coordinates logistics and assists in planning for external guests and conferences
Manages Education inventory and material distribution (print and electronic)
Assists in all pre-games education
Assists with ordering materials/supplies
Assists with the development of multimedia projects to describe processes
Provide input for potential distribution channels and processes as needed
Assist with coordinating staff education to internal personnel
Represents USADA and Elite Education in a positive manner
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
BS / BA degree in education, psychology, communication, preferred OR equivalent experience in a related field
Strong, demonstrated public speaking skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to provide exceptional customer service with internal and external clients
Ability to multitask and to work accurately under pressure
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work flexible hours and travel; Must be able to travel approximately 20% of the time.
Moderate proficiency in MS Programs to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft365.Moderate to advanced proficiency in creating presentations and utilizing presentation software(PowerPoint, Prezi, Google Slides, etc.)
