    JOB SUMMARY: The DCO Operations & Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for Doping Control Officer (DCO) engagement initiatives within the DCO Operations department. Responsibilities will also include the management of USADA’s shipping and inventory room which includes the shipping, receiving, tracking and other distribution processes within the DCO Operations department. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Oversee DCO performance metric program to ensure quality sample collection• Assist with the logistical planning of USADA’s Bi-Annual DCO Conferences, including travel logistics, constructing conference agenda, and facilitating internal working group• Develop and update project plans for DCO engagement initiatives, including DCO Dollar Program, DCO Newsletter, and material showcasing the exceptional work of our DCOs• Assist with domestic and international DCO training and onboarding program• Collaborate with DCO Operations Supervisor to identify training and best practices initiatives for DCOs• Oversee athlete survey results submitted through USADAs Paperless Sample Collection System• Provide prompt and superior quality customer services to DCOs, and Sample Collection personnel by answering calls and emails• Serve as a point of contact for transit companies, vendors, and clients• Research cost effective solutions for all USADA shipments• Support DCO Operation’s PT Administrative Assistant with shipping doping control equipment packages, documents, and other needed documentation• Provide general support to USADA DCOs GENERAL: • Maintain confidentiality at all times • Recommend necessary updates and revisions to USADA protocol and procedures as related to Doping Control • Projects and other duties as assigned REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Demonstrated ability to provide exception customer service both internally and externally • Ability to multitask and to work accurately under pressure • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work flexible hours as needed • Values and embraces Diversity, Equity and Inclusion• Moderate proficiency in MS Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Ability to stand, bend, and lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
