    USADA is seeking a dedicated and driven person to help our organization fulfill its mission to "Stand with athletes to champion their right to clean sport, inspire true and healthy sport, and promote the integrity of sport.” This is an incredibly exciting time to join Team USADA, as we continue to grow our Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Anti-Doping program and work to support major international competitions such as the Olympic and Paralympic Games in 2024 (Paris), 2026 (Milan), and 2028 (Los Angeles). New team members will have the chance to help ensure USADA is well-positioned in the near and long term for these opportunities as we look to the future with our efforts to protect clean athletes. With the 2028 Games on domestic soil, there will also be opportunities and growth potential over the years for USADA team members to underpin the organizing committee’s commitment to a clean Games.

    JOB SUMMARY:

    USADA’s Athlete Presenter Program is designed to further optimize USADA’s in-person education by increasing the team’s depth of qualified presenters and ensuring that athletes receive education from peers who have successfully navigated anti-doping requirements. USADA recruits retired USADA Testing Pool Athletes who embody USADA’s core values, are passionate about clean sport, are comfortable with public speaking, and have a willingness to learn. This program also affords opportunities for athletes after the field of play, often helping athletes assimilate to the work force once competitive sport is no longer their primary career.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Deliver anti-doping education to athletes and athlete support personnel through webinars, face-to-face education, and/or booths at events

    Travel either on a monthly or quarterly basis, depending on availability and schedule of events and/or presentations on behalf of USADA

    Attend initial and ongoing training with/by the USADA Education team

    Support the Education team in the development of educational content and messaging

    Support the Education and Communication teams by collecting social media content while in the field

    GENERAL:

    Maintain confidentiality at all times

    Remain professional when representing USADA

    Meets requirements set out of USADA’s vetting process

    Collaborate and interact with individuals and teams

    Build and maintain relationships with NGBs on behalf of USADA

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    Retired with USADA and NGB, if applicable

    Previously a part of a USADA testing pool

    Ability to present varied content to audiences

    Possess excellent communication skills

    Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed (monthly or quarterly basis)

    Promote USADA and Elite Education in a positive manner

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    Advocate for clean sport Responsible and accountable

    Respected and valued within their team, sport, and/or NGB

    Demonstrate camaraderie and a positive presence

    Work experience in sport

    Public speaking and/or facilitation or experience

    PAYMENT:

    $250/half day (up to 4hrs) and $500/full day (more than 4hrs)- Travel Event/presentation

    $150 Local Presentation

    $100 Webinar

    $50 for continuing education sessions not to exceed three hours per month
