Client Summary: USAID’s Office of Acquisition and Assistance (OAA) manages acquisition and assistance actions across the Agency. GC requires experienced paralegals to support case development, research, drafting, and document management during closeout.
Location: Hybrid (Washington, DC)
Salary Range: $80,000–$105,000
Position Summary:
Provide paralegal support to GC attorneys across litigation, advisory work, and closeout documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and prepare summaries.
Manage legal case files and document productions.
Support drafting, cite-checking, and brief preparation.
Coordinate with USAID offices and external counsel.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
3+ years paralegal experience supporting a cabinet-level federal agency.
