Client Summary: U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), Office of Acquisition Support & Systems Engineering Policy (CG-SID-9), Headquarters – Washington, DC. Work is primarily onsite at USCG HQ with a minimum of two (2) days onsite per week; onsite requirement may increase at Government discretion. All positions require the ability to obtain a favorable suitability decision.

If selected for a contingent employment offer, the applicant will be required to participate in one (1) in‑person presentation at U.S. Coast Guard Headquarters (USCG HQ) in Washington, DC, in support of our proposal submission to answer client questions individually and as a part of the team. This onsite presentation is mandatory for contingent hires and will be scheduled and coordinated in advance.

Position Summary:

Provides SES-equivalent independent cross-functional review for Aviation domain solicitations.

Primary Responsibilities Review and assess solicitation packages for aviation systems; identify risks, gaps, and cost/schedule/performance issues.

• Consolidate functional data collection; rank comments (critical, substantive, administrative).

• Support configuration/data management of comments and contribute to Government out-briefs.

Minimum Qualifications• Recognized expert (SES-equivalent or retired O-6/industry executive) in Aviation acquisition.

• Extensive RFP review and technical assessment experience; strong documentation and briefing skills.

• Ability to provide independent industry perspective (Black Hat) when requested.

• Clearance/Badging: As required; NDA prior to performance.
