Client Summary: U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), Office of Acquisition Support & Systems Engineering Policy (CG-SID-9), Headquarters – Washington, DC. Work is primarily onsite at USCG HQ with a minimum of two (2) days onsite per week; onsite requirement may increase at Government discretion. All positions require the ability to obtain a favorable suitability decision.

If selected for a contingent employment offer, the applicant will be required to participate in one (1) in‑person presentation at U.S. Coast Guard Headquarters (USCG HQ) in Washington, DC, in support of our proposal submission to answer client questions individually and as a part of the team. This onsite presentation is mandatory for contingent hires and will be scheduled and coordinated in advance.

Position Summary: Provides SES-equivalent review for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber & Intelligence domain.

Primary ResponsibilitiesEvaluate C5I solicitation packages for technical accuracy, integration risks, cybersecurity implications, and affordability.

• Provide ranked critical/substantive/administrative comments; support SOP enhancements and lessons learned.

• Participate in out-briefs and contribute to actionable recommendations.

Minimum Qualifications • Recognized expert (SES-equivalent or retired O-6/industry executive) in C5I acquisitions.

• Demonstrated experience reviewing complex RFPs; strong systems/mission integration perspective.

• Exceptional written and verbal briefing capability.
