    Client Summary: U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), Office of Acquisition Support & Systems Engineering Policy (CG-SID-9), Headquarters – Washington, DC. Work is primarily onsite at USCG HQ with a minimum of two (2) days onsite per week; onsite requirement may increase at Government discretion. All positions require the ability to obtain a favorable suitability decision.

    If selected for a contingent employment offer, the applicant will be required to participate in one (1) in‑person presentation at U.S. Coast Guard Headquarters (USCG HQ) in Washington, DC, in support of our proposal submission to answer client questions individually and as a part of the team. This onsite presentation is mandatory for contingent hires and will be scheduled and coordinated in advance.

    Position Summary: Provides hands-on systems engineering support to implement SELC policies/processes and assess program artifacts.

    Salary (Washington, DC): $130,000–$170,000 base, commensurate with experience.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Support SELC policy/process implementation for acquisition programs; review artifacts for compliance/quality.

    • Collaborate with Cyber/Program Protection SME; provide integrated engineering-security recommendations.

    • Update Acquisition Document Status Report (ADSR) monthly with SE review events and completion letters.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 5–8 years systems engineering experience; knowledge of SELC/MSAM/NMAP.

    • Strong analytical/writing skills and stakeholder engagement; Microsoft 365 proficiency.

    • Prior DHS/USCG acquisition experience preferred.

    Other Requirements

    • Onsite: Minimum 2 days/week at USCG HQ; may increase.

    • Clearance/Badging: Favorable suitability and CAC required
