We offer room for advancement and growth. The Administrative Assistant will be assisting the Training Department in scheduling client trainings, webinar sessions and calls with the coaching team. Candidates should have high energy, possess active listening skills, superior customer service, computer skills and professionalism. This is an entry level job with plenty of room for advancement in our organization. Ideal candidates will be good at problem solving and communication. Basic business and scheduling system knowledge is a plus. Responsibilities: • Schedule clients for web-based training and block schedule coaching calls. • Log records of training participants in a CRM. • Outreach to clients when additional information is needed. • Educate clients and answer questions on both the phone and email • Assist Training Coordinator in running webinar training when needed. Qualifications: • Customer service experience including phone work • Office experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to solve problems in quick situations • Computer knowledge to include Microsoft office, Salesforce, WordPress, I-Movie or equivalent program Compensation: $15 - $18 hourly
