WE'RE SEARCHING FOR A MOTIVATED, HUMBLE, AND ASTUTE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE TO PROVIDE OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE TO POTENTIAL CLIENTS.

YOU WILL BE THE COMPANY'S "VOICE" ON THE PHONE AND WILL REPRESENT THE COMPANY TO CUSTOMERS.

• Answers the phone and schedules sales, service, and/or maintenance appointments.
• Maintains and updates customer files and records, as well as informing customers about the firm and/or services provided in compliance with company policies.
• Performs administrative activities as directed by management.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.

Job requirements

• Positive attitude, as well as a commitment to client satisfaction

• Customer service ideas and procedures are well-understood.

• NO experience working in a call center is necessary.

• Superior organizing skills and a strong attention to detail

• As this role requires substantial telephone work, exceptional verbal and writing communication skills are a plus. Ability to handle a variety of responsibilities.

• Ability to handle sensitive and personal information responsibly Flexibility in terms of working hours, days, evenings, and weekends
