    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Staying up to date with current and prospective company accounts

    · Communicating with clients and addressing any concerns

    · Receive and process customer requests

    · Monitoring client communication and promptly responding to calls and emails

    · Creating company quotations, entering purchase orders and recording all client transactions

    · Maintaining records for client accounts and auditing them regularly

    · Collaborating with a variety of different departments to better serve the clients' needs, such as the accounting, operational and quality departments

    · Searching for, pitching to and attaining new client accounts

    · Selling additional products and services to existing clients

    · Maintaining and promoting excellent vendor relations

    · Assembling, sorting and tabulating codes and filing data

    · Provide reporting on quality and after-sales service activities

    Verifying claims and processing orders and deposit slips

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

    · Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty

    · Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Representative, Junior Account Manager or relevant role

    · Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process

    · Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the customer

    · Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership

    · Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates

    · Strong written and verbal communication skills

    · Ability to confidently make cold calls to build pipelines

    · Planning and closing skills

    · Excellent organization skills to keep meticulous records for client accounts and maintain multiple accounts at once

    · Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

    · Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.

    · Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
