You will work closely with both business stakeholders and the IT team to identify, research, and recommend solutions that best serve our organization's needs
Experience with data, visualization, reporting, and communication
Evaluate business requests to determine feasibility, research and identify options, and recommend effective solutions
Act as a subject matter expert in select areas of responsibility and provide guidance to less senior team members
Participate in acceptance testing, identify potential problems, and research opportunities to minimize complexity
Proactively seek training and developmental activities related to the industry and recommend opportunities for self and others
Escalate and resolve complex issues, recommending potential solutions and following established escalation procedures
Provide instruction, guidance, coaching, and mentoring to less senior team members to ensure successful completion of tasks and assignments
Serve as the primary interface between users and the IT team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
Incorporate security considerations into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
Prepare and deliver informal and formal presentations to team members, departments, and other IT teams
Uphold and contribute to the development of standards, processes, and procedures for the department
Foster and maintain relationships within the department, and interact with other IT teams, business teams, and vendors as assigned
