UTS Equipment Company / United Truck Sales is one of the top TYM Tractor dealers in the US!

We are seeking a tractor salesperson.

PREVIOUS RETAIL SALES EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED (TRACTORS, CARS, TRUCKS, BOATS, ETC) OR A BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF TRACTORS AND SMALL FARM EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED

Candidates MUST have solid skills with:

Social media (Facebook Marketplace)

Craigslist

Microsoft word, email, various messaging platforms

This is a full time position with a salary and commission paid on each unit sold.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms 
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
